The house features an open concept so the kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open to each other. The comfortable living room features a 65" smart TV. Numerous framed artwork of the area's attractions are found throughout the house. The Bedrooms are themed after the three Villages town squares. The Primary bedroom is named the Lake Sumter Suite. It has a King size bed, 55" Smart TV, and is located in the back of the home
with views of the pool and lake. The front bedroom is the Spanish Square Suite and also has a King size bed. The third bedroom is named the Brown Paddock Suite and has a queen size Murphy Bed and built-in desk. Your home away from home has everything including a washer and dryer, and WI-FI access. The screened pool area and patio is a great space for outdoor living with lounge chairs and a table with umbrella. The back yard faces west - ideal for taking in the beautiful Florida sunsets. Once you sign the liability waiver, you can use the 4 person gas golf cart to explore all The Villages has to offer. Plus, there are golf clubs in the garage for your fun on the links.

The closest neighborhood center is Tierra Del Sol, which is just a few blocks away. This facility has an 18 hole Championship course, Adult Pool, Restaurant, and Theatre. There are also El Santiago Recreation Center just 1.3 miles away, and Savannah Regional Center which is 3 miles away. You can pick up your Guest Passes from Savannah or any of the Regional Centers.
